Effective 17 September 2026. Italewa is a mobile-first site for events at home, abroad, and in the diaspora. We want guests and creatives to use it without hunting for an extra app.

What we design for

• Readable type on a phone, with buttons large enough to tap.
• Keyboard and screen-reader labels on main navigation and forms.
• Face search that is optional. You can browse a gallery without a selfie.
• Pages that work on current Android and iPhone browsers.

Known limits

Camera-based face search needs a camera and a recent browser. If that is not available, browse the gallery or ask the creative for help. Some older phones may struggle with large galleries.
