Refunds

Effective 17 September 2026. Payments run through Paystack in Naira. This page sits with our terms of use.

Event packages

Small (₦30,000) and Medium (₦45,000) each unlock one event on your account. If you have not created that event and you write within 7 days of payment, we will look at a full refund. After an event exists, or photos are uploaded, that package is used and is not refundable. Extra nights are extra packages on the same account.

Custom / Large Event

You only pay after a quote. Once that quote is paid, refunds follow what we agreed in the chat. If we have not started setup, write to [email protected] and we will treat it in good faith.

Premium edits

Attendee edits (₦7,000 / ₦12,000 / ₦15,000 packs) are made to order. Once work has started, they are not refundable. If the file never arrives, contact support with the Paystack reference.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the account email and payment reference. We aim to answer within two working days. Chargebacks should be a last resort — talk to us first.
