Effective 17 September 2026. By using ITALEWA you agree to these terms. The product is operated by 7Hundred Percent / Sevenhundredpercent.

The service

Italewa lets creatives host an event gallery with a QR code, and lets guests find photos of themselves. Guest face search is optional and follows the face search notice and the NDPA.

Event Center

When a gallery window ends, the night may stay listed on the Event Center as a locked highlight (cover and veiled faces). Guests cannot reopen the gallery, search faces, or save photos from an ended night. Creatives agree to this at signup.

Accounts

You must give a real email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or break these terms.

Photographer packages

Event packages (Small ₦30,000, Medium ₦45,000, Large custom) grant one event and a photo limit. You must own or have rights to every photo you upload. Custom packages are quoted after questions and a chat; access starts after you pay that quote. See refunds.

Premium edits

Attendees may request professional edits: 1 photo ₦7,000; 2 photos ₦12,000; 3 photos ₦15,000. Additional photos are priced in packs of two at ₦6,000 per photo.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, harass attendees, scrape galleries, or try to access another creative's files. Do not use face search to identify people who did not attend the event or without a lawful reason.

Intellectual property

Creatives keep rights in their photos. Italewa and 7Hundred Percent / Sevenhundredpercent keep rights in the product, brand, and software. Guests may save photos they are in for personal use, subject to the creative's event rules.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Liability

Italewa is provided as a live event tool. We do not guarantee that every face will match. To the extent Nigerian law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Registered office: 1, Ndawuse, Opp. Jostos Place Hotel, Off Norbert E. Offor Street, Cadastral Zone B09, Kado Kuchi District, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
